We are on a long rv trip 1500 miles from home and our power jack failed. It would not move even with the manual crank. We checked for the nearest Airstream dealer and Ewald’s Airstream of Wisconsin popped up - only 30 minutes away. Called and spoke with Aaron who is the service manager. Aaron said can you come by tomorrow? We were shocked because usually we are told sure see you in 3 months. So we left our campsite the next day (this was on a Friday) and drove to Ewalds. In a couple hours they diagnosed the problem (the shaft separated destroying the motor) and installed a new power jack. Amazing customer service and good people. A well deserved 5 Rivet Airstream dealer.

We purchased our Airstream Caravel in late 2022. Andy and Eric were very helpful throughout the process and are available for questions whenever we have them. Recently, we purchased a new Dodge Ram so that we might pull our camper more efficiently. On April 8th, we went to Ewald’s to have the hitch adjusted for the new set up. Upon arrival, we were met outside by Andy, Eric and Aaron. They listened to the other questions we had. Andy immediately showed us how to use the brake/drag system in the truck. Aaron found and replaced a lost latch on the bumper and oversaw the rest of the service we needed. Joe was exceptional in his work and in explaining the hitch and sway bar adjustments. He also took time to address some issues I faced while winterizing the Airstream. He demonstrated the process of drawing up the antifreeze and showed us an attachment we could get for our air compressor. Having and using our Airstream is a joy but also a huge learning experience. It is truly a pleasure to work with people who are respectful and responsive. It is comforting to know we can reach out at anytime and get answers and support.

Had an issue with the Zip Dee awning on my Airstream motorhome. The team at Ewald's got it fixed quickly so we could get out on the road and enjoy Memorial Day weekend!

We started bringing our Airstream to Ewald for service two years ago, and Aaron and his team have been great. Work is done correctly, interior is kept clean, and they have been flexible about pick up times. It isn't close by for us, but it is well worth the drive.

I bought a used RV in on consignment. The people here went out of there way to make it a smooth process, especially for driving from a neighboring State. From the sales department to the guys in the shop, this was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We journeyed from Texas to Wisconsin to purchase and retrieve our 30’ Flying Cloud from Ewald’s. We had a wonderful experience with this business, from initial inventory inquiry to being directed out the gates with trailer in tow. What an incredible experiance I had been in the market for an Airstream trailer for a few months. I decided to start the next chapter in my life. Put my house on the market and started searching for a 2023 25FB International. I reached out to a dealership in Naperville IL; wonderful people. Unfortunately they did not have what I wanted in inventory. They offered to have mine ordered, however, it would not be delivered until Q1 of 2023 due to supply chain challanges. In the mean while I got an offer on my house which would close in early part of November 2022. Delma. A friend of mine recommended driving down to Milwaukee WI and see what they have in inventory. We arrived at Ewald's Airstream and were greeted with and "non-pushy" sales person. Aaron Cherry. I described my requirements and options and incredibly, 25FB International had just been delivered to their lot. I put my deposit down and hoping to close on my house on time. I described my situation to the Aaron and the manager and they were extremely accommodating. As my luck has the deal on my house fell thru. I reached out to Aaron and he informed me that they would hold on to the trailer until the end of the year for me. Incredible. Yesterday I picked up the trailer and the experience was wonderful. The entire team was extremely helpful, and went out of their way to take care of me. I have purchased automobiles before. However, I have never had such a pleasant experience. Just had some warranty work done in my 2021 Globetrotter. Working with Aaron Cherry to set up the service went really well. Was able to schedule a 1 day drop off and pick up the same day. Completed installing 4 motors for the stabilizers, fixed some loose bolts on one of the air conditioners, swapped out an inverter that I had provided. Great experience! I didn’t purchase the Airstream from them - but was treated like I did. Really happy with the outcome, my expectations were exceeded!

Set up some warranty work for my 2021 Globetrotter. Great group to work with. Was able to complete the work on time. Even swapped out an inverter for me, that I had provided. Service Manager Aaron Cherry delivered what he said he would With a little planning - was able to drop the Airstream off at 8:00 in the morning - and it was ready to go by 3:00 in the afternoon. Really pleased with how it turned out.

We had a great experience at this small Airstream dealer in Franklin, Wisconsin. Eric gave us a tour of multiple units, including the one we are ordering, the Pottery Barn Special Edition. Eric was extremely friendly and accommodating to our requests. There were many Airstream units available to view, and even some available to purchase on the spot.

I am not sure why there we so many positive reviews because our experience was very different. Everything from the buying to driving the trailer of the lot was good. However, once we got it home, we did find some improperly installed items. When we expressed concern and wanted them dealt with or at least acknowledge that a mistake was made. Instead of offering to fix the problems or at least acknowledge some concern that we were not happy customers. We were treated as though we did not know what we were talking about. Their answer was to go out of their way to prove that we were wrong. So much for customer service. Happy to sell you an expensive trailer but once its off the lot. It's so long nice knowing you. If our trailer ever needs any service Ewald's is the last place, we'd. It should be noted that we to call Airstream Corp. just to get them to return our calls. The company' General Manager Andrew did call us today to apologize for any misunderstanding. He was very willing to discuss what we saw as a problem and to clear up any misunderstanding. I have now upgraded my rating to 4 stars. He also noted that he will bring up our "customer service" complaint with his staff. If and when the trailer needs service we are likely to go back to Ewald.

I would give this place a 5 star and we did not even get our RV from them. I was just starting look and started close to home. They did not have what I was looking in stock so knowing they would not be selling me anything, still spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me telling me things to look for in other new or used RV's I found. Of all the companies I spoke with, one of the nicest and most helpful!!

I was pleased to get a May appointment for service without having to wait for weeks or months to get in. The intake was pleasant, the service was done well and done quickly. The pickup was stress-free. The biggest “issue” was having to walk across parking lots to get to the cashier—but it was a nice walk with Service Coordinator Rae Arb and really not a problem. I’ll definitely come back when I need service.

Truly great customer service at Ewalds Airstream. We are new Airstream owners and after one season had a few items that needed attention. We live about 2 hours from the shop so we were hoping things could get resolved the day we brought our Sport in. Josh got the minor issues resolved perfectly and then went above and beyond to fix the most important one, and got it done so we could leave Milwaukee before rush hour. And, Rae was great in the front office. Couldn't be better.

We just purchased a 27ft Flying Cloud and could not be happier with the service from Paul and the team at Ewald's. We picked it up late in the afternoon, took care to demonstrate al systems and they stayed with us until we had all our questions answered and were finally ready to leave the facility way after 6pm. Excited for our first trip at end of April.
